About This Session:
Before 2020, culture in fully in-office environments was nearly mastered. In 2020, companies learned how to navigate the workforce in a remote capacity. Today, we see the world favoring hybrid work environments, something most companies and employees have never experienced before.
In this session, Ashley will share the lessons and findings from Front's hybrid work environment (spanning 4 offices in 3 countries), which they've successfully maintained for many years. She will walk us through strategies and frameworks that have been implemented to ensure that Front continues to have an inclusive and rewarding culture that employees are proud to be a part of.
About The Speaker:
Ashley Alexander is the Chief People Officer at Front, the Series D customer communications hub that reached unicorn status in 2022. Prior to Front, Ashley has been been in leadership roles within the People function at companies including Airbnb and Box.
