Marissa Parillo is the VP of Business Recruiting at Datadog, the $35B provider of cloud monitoring and security products that IPO'd in 2019. Marissa joined Datadog in 2015 as their first recruiter and currently oversees a team of 100 people across US, Asia, and Europe. Marissa has built a recruiting team that has contributed to more than 40x growth – from 120 people to over 5,000 people worldwide.
