Shauna Geraghty is the SVP, Global Head of People & Talent at Talkdesk. Shauna joined Talkdesk, the Series D global cloud contact center leader, in 2012 as the first U.S. employee, where she initially helped scale Talkdesk’s Marketing team from the ground up.
